Econo Lodge Hays I-70

The location was great and decent for Hays, close enough to other eating places for dinner and restaurants and businesses and two fast food outlets. Furthermore, to everything in the area. We got newly renovated room with amazing condition and a very comfortable bed, as example.

Good setting near the Hays. I've fallen in love with its large separate bathroom. The room had everything I needed, including so much space and a carpet.

Breakfast with pastries, meat and scrambled eggs. Marvellous location to Sternberg Museum of Natural History.

Favourable, decent location in Hays, close to the Interstate. Really great experience and accommodating staff. Recently refurbished units in amazing condition.

Well-maintained rooms.

The rooms with amazing condition and a very comfortable bed and the bathroom. Paid US$ 56. Magnificent and perfect location, in a quiet environment. Easy check-in, excellent employees.

Our room was fairly clean as well as the separate bathroom. The host was so accommodating and we also liked the local meals served here. Close everything. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the speed was faster then we've expected.

Place was quiet and quiet little, liked the stay.

Newly renovated room, well-maintained, had a clean bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was nice hot at a very reasonable rate. The hotel was in a marvellous location, to everything in the area. Popped in Old Chicago for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

Our breakfasts were warm at a very reasonable rate. The rooms were cheap and updated with smoke detectors for our safety. The location was magnificent and exceptionally nice, really close to the surrounding areas.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Additionally, the presence of a pet-friendly room with uncarpeted floors was a great feature for us, as it provided a cleaner environment for our furry friend.

One major downside was the breakfast options available. For low-carb eaters, there were limited choices, with pre-made egg rounds and sausages being the only suitable options.

Nothing

Service was bad, dogs barking in the next room over, thin walls, you can hear everything, especially the busy street right outside your door. Ended up leaving early, didn't stay the night due to the uncleanness and it being so loud. When I mentioned it was very loud, while checking out, the front desk clerk ed just laughed it off. I think she was more concerned about eating the dinner she was consuming, rather than trying to make it right with me!

The beds were comfortable and the pillows too. Everything was clean except the alarm clock and the lamp was dusty. Heater was not good either

I booked the room and nothing was said about a pet. Then when I went in to register I had to sign a paper that said if we have a pet and don't tell and you "catch" us we can get fined $100! Really? I had a pet and not happily paid the ten dollars but really the threat made me not want to come back. That and the breakfast. But except for the furniture in the room being shoddy it was okay.

Beds were hard.

Convenient location just off the interstate, making it easy to find and access. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, providing good suggestions for local eateries. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. Also, the walls were quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could be a disturbance.

Convenient location Friendly staff Clean room Noisy A/C A little pricey, I stayed in a nicer motel in Evansville Indiana for $20 less.

Breakfast

Toilet lid, cramped areas, no diffuser on sink, and other things. Honestly, I gave up "killing" bugs after eliminating six (6). I could say more but I think enuff said.
